Management Trainee is a foreign term, which is a special project with the main goal of "cultivating future leaders of the company" in foreign companies. For example, the campus recruitment of the four major foreign banks (HSBC, Citibank, Bank of East Asia and Standard Chartered Bank) is divided into three channels: intern, staff and MT.

Management trainee is a talent reserve plan for some large enterprises to train middle and senior managers independently. Usually, I practice in different departments of the company, understand the whole company operation process, and then arrange according to my personal expertise.
