Due to the needs of work, according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Recruitment of Judicial Staff in Zhejiang Provincial Courts (Trial), with the approval of the higher court, the Ruian People's Court decided to openly recruit judicial staff for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Job responsibilities
Judicial practitioners mainly assist judges in pre-trial preparation, procedural and transactional auxiliary work in the process of case trial, and other comprehensive affairs such as trial auxiliary work and execution affairs assigned by judges.
Second, the number of recruits.
Open recruitment of four judicial staff for the society.
Third, the recruitment conditions
(a) support the people of China and the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), and abide by the law;
(2) College degree or above, legal major is preferred;
(3) Ruian household registration (based on the recruitment start date);
(4) At least 18 years old, with a college degree or above not exceeding 28 years old, a bachelor degree or above not exceeding 32 years old, and a master degree or above not exceeding 35 years old (as of the date of admission);
(five) have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.
One of the following circumstances, can not apply:
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;
3 suspected of violating the law and discipline is under review, and no conclusion has been reached;
4. There are other circumstances that are not suitable for working in the people's court.
Fourth, the remuneration package.
The salary of judicial practitioners shall be implemented according to the treatment standard of supernumerary personnel approved by Ruian City and in combination with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Judicial Practitioners in our hospital.

(1) Registration and prequalification

4. Preliminary qualification examination: conducted when the application materials are collected.

(3) The time and place for receiving the admission ticket will be notified separately. Applicants must take the admission ticket and ID card, take the exam at the specified time and place, and obey the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention.
(4) Determine the list of interviewers according to the ratio of 1:3 according to the test scores from high to low (if the number does not reach the corresponding ratio, all participants in the written test will enter the interview).
2. Qualification examination
Before the interview, the shortlisted interviewers will be re-qualified, and those who fail to pass the re-examination will be disqualified.

After the interview, the total score is calculated according to the prescribed ratio of the test score and the interview score. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest test score will be the first; If the test scores are equal, the one with high professional skills test scores will be the first. (3) Physical examination and inspection
According to the total score of the post examination from high to low, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined according to the number of recruits 1: 1. The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the relevant standards for the recruitment of civil servants, and those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates.
After the physical examination, the qualified personnel are inspected. The contents of the investigation include political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, learning situation, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid it, etc., to verify whether the object of investigation meets the employment conditions of judicial staff. The results of the investigation are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time.
(4) Publicity and employment
The information of qualified candidates will be publicized on Ruian Talent Network and WeChat WeChat official account of Ruian People's Court for 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems are not reflected or the problems are not affected by verification, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended until it is found out.
When vacancies occur due to unqualified physical examination or inspection or abandonment of reference personnel, they will be filled in the order from high to low in total scores.
In addition to determining the candidates to be hired, the replacement candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.5 according to the total test scores from high to low. If the number of judicial practitioners is reduced within one year (calculated from the date of the end of the publicity period of the candidates to be hired), they can be directly employed after passing the medical examination.
The employed person enters into a labor contract with a third party recognized by the human society department.
Other matters of intransitive verbs
1. If the number of applicants is less than twice the number of recruiters, the proportion of examination opening may be appropriately reduced with the consent of the recruiting unit, but the proportion of examination opening shall not be less than 1: 1. If it is lower than 1: 1, the number of posts shall be reduced and reported to the Higher People's Court.
2. The applicant's application materials must be true and effective. If there is deliberate concealment or fraud, once found, the qualification will be cancelled, and those who have gone through the recruitment procedures will be disqualified, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by me.
