According to the provisions of relevant provincial and municipal documents, a one-time economic subsidy will be issued to retired soldiers from rural areas who meet the following conditions.

In p>213, retired soldiers from rural areas, demobilized noncommissioned officers, and retired soldiers from cities and towns who met the resettlement conditions accepted by the county voluntarily chose to receive retirement pension for self-employment when they retired, and the government no longer offered a one-time economic subsidy to the resettlement staff.

II. Standards for granting subsidies

1. The local one-time economic subsidy for self-employed conscripts who retired in the winter of 213 and served for two years is 17,497 yuan/person.

2. Demobilized noncommissioned officers are paid 17,497 yuan/person for two years as conscripts, and 5% of the economic subsidy for self-employment of conscripts will be paid for each year of overtime service. Economic subsidy for demobilized petty officers = economic subsidy for conscripts+economic subsidy for conscripts × 5% (length of military service-2).

3. Recruit noncommissioned officers directly, and no longer receive economic subsidies for self-employment of conscripts. According to the length of service of non-commissioned officers in this period, 5% of the economic subsidy for self-employed conscripts of retired soldiers in that year will be given every year. Direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers economic subsidies = economic subsidies for conscripts × 5% × actual length of military service.

4. those who have won the first class merit, second class merit and third class merit will be issued additional shares according to 15%, 1% and 5% of the self-employment economic subsidies actually received.
