Dalian Disabled Persons' Federation Articles of Association of Dalian Deaf Association

Article 1: Dalian Deaf Association is a specialized association of Dalian Disabled Persons' Federation, representing the common interests of the deaf, reflecting their special needs, safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests, promoting the cause of the disabled and serving the deaf.

Article 2 The purpose of Dalian Deaf Association is to promote humanitarianism, develop the cause of the disabled, and ensure that deaf people participate in social life on an equal footing and enjoy social material and cultural achievements.

Article 3: Keep close contact with deaf people, reflect their opinions and needs, communicate the relationship between deaf people and society, and strive for a good social environment for deaf people to participate in social life.

Article 4: unite the deaf, abide by national laws, fulfill due obligations, carry forward the spirit of optimism and enterprising, and be self-respecting, confident, self-reliant and self-reliant.

Article 5 Promote the rehabilitation, education, employment, cultural life, welfare, social services and disability prevention of the deaf, promote the research, popularization and application of Chinese sign language, and promote the research and development of special assistive devices for the deaf.

Article 6: Training disabled workers among deaf people.

Article 7 Make suggestions and suggestions for the development of the cause of the disabled and the work for the deaf in Dalian.

Article 8: Participate in various exchange activities at home and abroad on behalf of the deaf in Dalian. Develop friendly exchanges with deaf organizations at home and abroad.

Article 9: Members of Dalian Deaf Association are elected from the deaf members of the presidium of Dalian Disabled Persons' Federation for a term of five years.

Article 10: Terms of reference of the Committee meeting:

(1) Election of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman

(2) Deliberate.

(3) Amending the Articles of Association of Dalian Deaf Association

Article 11: The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to Dalian Deaf Association.
