2. Free distribution of folic acid to prevent neural tube defects.

In view of the present situation of maternal and child health care in our county, folic acid should be distributed by trained medical personnel with marriage registration and family planning service certificate to improve the awareness rate, taking rate and reaching the standard rate.

The target population is:
