2. The 110 alarm command center is just a call and command center and does not handle any specific cases at all. All case handling, police dispatch, reconnaissance and arrest operations are carried out by various public security bureaus, sub-bureaus, police stations, economic investigation, criminal investigation brigades and other agencies. Many of the police officers who respond to 110 are not police officers at all, but just ordinary employees. Like China Mobile's 10086 operators, they are recruited from the public.

3. If the police are really looking for you, there are only two situations. They will either ask you to go to the police station or public security branch to assist in the investigation or they will come to your home/residence/hiding place to arrest you in person.
