Is the Communication Section of Railway Administration Unstable?

The communication section is responsible for the technology and equipment of information transmission and processing, and realizes the unified dispatching and command of driving and rolling stock operations.

The communication section gathers all kinds of communication facilities of the Railway Bureau (including circuits and equipment for railway long-distance communication and regional communication), and a local hub (or cross-local hub) communication station is set in the communication section, which has long-distance communication equipment, regional communication equipment, cable and optical cable attraction equipment and communication power supply equipment.
