I. Recruitment positions, number of professionals and targets

Second, the recruitment conditions

(a) candidates should meet the following basic conditions

(1) has People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality and enjoys the political rights of citizens; (two) support the party's line, principles and policies, and love socialism; (3) Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct, love their jobs, have good professional ethics and the spirit of serving the people; (4) Having the basic qualities and physical conditions for performing their duties normally, and being in good physical and mental health; (5) The majors and academic qualifications studied meet the requirements of the positions applied for; (6) Having the professional knowledge or skills and other qualifications required for the post to be hired.

(two) one of the following circumstances is not applicable:

(1) Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are under investigation for suspected crimes; (2) Having been dismissed from public office; (3) Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review; (4) Being under review for being suspected of violating the law and discipline; (five) in violation of the requirements of the avoidance system stipulated in the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Personnel on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Minister of Personnel in 2005); (six) within five years, it was found that there were serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and the open recruitment examination of public institutions; (7) Students in ordinary institutions of higher learning (except 20 16 fresh graduates); (eight) other unqualified conditions.
