Technical Manager: 1

operating duty

Technical supervision and daily management of the technical department

Planning and management of contract, mechanical design and packaging design

Technical report, introduction and material preparation, and make technical suggestions.

Provide sales technical support

Qualification requirements

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering.

At least 3 years relevant working experience.

Capable of technical decision-making and contract management

Have design experience and test ability of rotating equipment and compressor components (motor drive, pipeline doors, valves, etc.). )

Familiar with materials, gas and gas compression, and can design and test.

Familiar with the installation and testing of rotating equipment and its auxiliary equipment.

Familiar with the selection of pneumatic components and the design of centrifuges

Strong management and communication skills, good English skills.

Familiar with petrochemical industry, experience in thermodynamics and quality control is preferred.

Familiar with environment, health and safety policies and regulations.

Technical Engineer: (Centrifugal Compressor)

Job responsibilities:

Selection and suggestion of centrifugal compressor

Select materials according to established standards.

Determine the performance test specifications and procedures in the contract.

Use established procedures for performance testing and analysis.

Provide technical support during production, processing and assembly.

Provide parts catalogue and process description for production and maintenance manual.

Qualification requirements:

Major in mechanical engineering, bachelor degree or above,

Experience in designing precision equipment, especially rotating equipment.

Have the ability of design calculation and analysis, and have a certain understanding of centrifuge characteristics.

Skilled in operating spreadsheet software and design programming, skilled in operating AUTO CAD.

Good English skills and problem solving skills.

Familiar with the use and adjustment of instruments, experience in quality control is preferred.

Familiar with environment, health and safety policies and regulations.

Technical Engineer: (Gas Compressor)

Job responsibilities:

Calculation of gas cooling system, measurement and selection of valves, selection of materials, and establishment of relevant requirements for cooling, purification and ventilation.

Determine the hydrostatic pressure and performance test specifications and procedures in the contract.

Use established procedures for performance testing and analysis.

Provide technical support during production, processing and assembly.

Provide component and material descriptions in procurement and production.

Provide production and maintenance manuals with parts catalogue and process description.

Qualification requirements:

Major in mechanical engineering, bachelor degree or above.

Experience in designing precision equipment, especially rotating equipment.

Have the ability of design calculation and analysis.

Skilled in operating spreadsheet software and design programming, skilled in operating AUTO CAD.

Knowledge of thermodynamic application and relevant thermodynamic calculation experience.

Good English skills and problem solving skills.

Familiar with gas compression and characteristics

Familiar with the use and adjustment of instruments, experience in quality control is preferred.

Familiar with environment, health and safety policies and regulations.
