Physical examination and inspection work shall be organized and implemented by Sixian People's Social Security Bureau in conjunction with relevant departments.

At the same time, it is necessary to verify whether the subject meets the prescribed qualification conditions, whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate, and whether there is any situation of avoiding the application.
