In the three-year action of urban renewal and urban construction, the development and construction of key inefficient areas and the transformation of old cities and villages in the city are the key points of Laoshan District construction.

It is reported that this year, Laoshan District will focus on promoting 194 projects with a total investment of about 67.5 billion yuan, and implement seven key actions, such as upgrading and reconstruction of areas on both sides of Zhuzhou Road, development and construction of areas on both sides of Zhang Cun River, reconstruction of old cities and villages, municipal facilities construction, subway construction and development and construction along the line, parking facilities and park city construction, so as to make every effort to build a demonstration window area of socialist modern international metropolis in the new era.

Zhang Cun River Project enters the "fast lane"

Zhang Cun River Area, one of the top ten inefficient areas in Qingdao, as a key project in the three-year action of urban renewal and urban construction in Qingdao, has opened the "fast lane" of transformation. According to the principle of "regional overall planning and contiguous development", Laoshan District plans to start the village reconstruction work in the unreformed communities along the Zhang Cun River 12 in batches in three years.

At present, the renovation of four community villages in Zhang Cun River Area has started, namely, Henan Community, Liujiazhuang Community, Li Jiazhuang Community and Sunjiazhuang Community in Zhang Cun. In the first half of the year, the project establishment, planning and site selection, apartment design and preliminary design of planning scheme of four community resettlement areas have been completed, the land pre-examination and planning permission for construction land of two community resettlement areas in Zhang Cun and Liujiaxiazhuang have been completed, and tenders for design, survey, cost consultation and foundation pit support design have been carried out.

There are 32 regional development and construction projects along the Zhang Cun River, with an annual planned investment of about 5.892 billion yuan and completed investment of 4.625 billion yuan. Up to now, there are 23 projects under construction, with an investment of 654.38+53 million yuan.

It is reported that the industry plan of Qingdao Natural Resources and the 14th Five-Year Plan released this year clearly points out that Zhang Cun River area is positioned as a "smart city with water veins". According to the plan, Laoshan International Talent Community will focus on Zhang Cun River, Zhuzhou Road and Binhai Avenue, and build two cores, namely, a comprehensive service area and a core gathering area, covering three regions, namely, Zhang Cun River, Zhuzhou Road and Chuangzhi Valley, with a planned total area of about 42.8 square kilometers. It is estimated that in the medium term to 2025, Laoshan District will build an international talent core gathering area with functions of residence, work, leisure and consumption in the center of Zhang Cun River area.

Create three thousand mu industrial parks in Zhuzhou Road area.

Zhuzhou road area is one of the key low-efficiency areas (parks) in Qingdao 10, with a total area of about 10.34 square kilometers. In the next three years, there will be 1000 mu of inefficient or idle land to be recovered and revitalized. Laoshan District should build three thousand mu industrial parks of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and new generation information technology in Zhuzhou Road area.

Among them, the artificial intelligence industrial park located at the west end of Zhuzhou Road and on both sides of Haier Road covers an area of 3 100 mu, relying on Haier Zhijia, Yilai Intelligent, Tian Yun Li Fei and other enterprises to build an artificial intelligence industrial park with national influence.

Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park is located in the middle of Zhuzhou Road, east of Yin Qing Expressway, covering an area of 1.600 mu. Relying on Goer Technology, Bird Watch, Juhao Watch and other enterprises, it will become the first VR paradise in the world. At present, the first phase of virtual reality production line and optical module have been put into construction, and it is planned to deliver them partially in March next year and fully in September. After completion, it will become a new highland for the development of virtual reality industry in Qingdao, Shandong and even the whole country.

New generation information technology industrial park, located at the eastern end of Zhuzhou Road, with Qingdao International Innovation Park as the core, covers an area of 1.500 mu. Relying on Hisense Network, Zhongke Shuguang and other enterprises, we will build a famous software park in China.

Focus on the construction of "one park, one street and one base"

Taking the three-year action of urban renewal and urban construction as a breakthrough, Laoshan District has accelerated the "five-district co-creation" and vigorously promoted the general trend of urban renewal and urban construction throughout the city. Since the beginning of this year, Zhuzhou Road Reconstruction Area (Park) has contacted about 72 enterprises (projects) to inspect investment matters, including 8 projects in the area, with a total investment of about 23.065438 billion yuan; There are 12 projects under discussion with a total investment of19.7 billion yuan. In Zhang Cun River area, Laoshan District will focus on building "one park, one street and one base". Among them, the first garden refers to a high-quality riverside landscape park with a length of 2.3 kilometers and a width of 400 meters, which is combined with the landscape design of Zhang Cun River. First Street refers to an international, fashionable and dynamic commercial street with a length of 1.3 km and a variety of formats including cafes, bars and shopping centers. Base refers to the construction of a one-stop base integrating scientific research incubation, living and living, business and leisure.

We will make every effort to build a scientific and technological innovation base linking the world, a national financial scientific and technological innovation zone, a strategic emerging industrial highland in Shandong, a four-new economic demonstration zone in Qingdao, and an international talent community in Laoshan District, and strive to become a pioneering demonstration zone for urban renewal and urban construction in Qingdao and a concentrated display zone for the image of an international quality new city.

In the long run, by 2035, the international talent community in Laoshan District will be fully built, with the core gathering area and comprehensive service area as the leading factor and Zhang Cun River, Zhuzhou Road and Binhai Avenue as the axis for development and integration, forming six industrial clusters and four livable living areas.
