Excuse me, is plastic building formwork good for construction workers? What's the buying price?

In recent two years, several kinds of "plastic building templates" have appeared in the domestic market, and many builders are also trying to use plastic building templates. Everyone knows that plastic building formwork is an inevitable product to replace steel formwork, wood formwork and bamboo formwork, and it is the development direction of building formwork in the future. At present, there are six or seven plastic building formwork manufacturers in China. The materials used to produce plastic building formwork are different. In order to help builders choose correctly, the composition and performance of several plastic building templates on the market are roughly analyzed, so as to remind builders who use plastic building templates to avoid unnecessary losses caused by blind selection.

The first type is "wood-plastic building template", which is composed of the worst recycled particles such as waste plastics PP, ABS, PVC and pe, with wood powder or straw powder as filler (black in color). This kind of "plastic building template" is called garbage template by all deceived builders. This kind of formwork is cheap, but its disadvantages are large deformation under sunlight in summer and cracking of nails at 0℃ in winter.

The second kind of "fly ash plastic building template" consists of the worst recycled particles such as waste plastics PP, pe, PVC, ABS and so on. The fillers are fly ash and stone powder. The disadvantages of this template are basically the same as those of the first wood-plastic template. The biggest weakness of this kind of template is its poor thermal stability. When the temperature is as high as 30 in summer, concrete pouring is prone to waves, and the wood square spacing will also appear at150 mm.

The third type is "GMT plastic building template" (GMT for short), which is composed of recycled particles such as waste plastics pp, pe, PVC and ABS. The filler is molded from three layers of glass fiber cloth. The weakness of this template is that it is heavy, and the glass fiber is itchy when cut, so construction carpenters are reluctant to use this product. The biggest weakness is that it can't be recycled, and the number of turns is about 25 times.

Fourthly, the "hollow plastic template" is composed of recycled particles such as waste plastic pp/pvc/pe. The weakness of this template is that the nails are not tight, the recycling value is low, and the turnover times are 15 times.

None of the above plastic building templates can reach the advanced level of international plastic modeling. As all builders know, domestic plastic building templates only appeared in the market in recent two years, while foreign plastic building templates were used before 2000. If the formula for manufacturing "plastic building formwork" was so simple, domestic plastic experts would not have developed to the present. At present, the domestic "plastic building formwork" is reformed by some manufacturers who produce ordinary plastic plates. Applying plastic plates to the construction field can not meet the requirements of building construction at all. Blind builders don't understand the truth and buy these so-called "plastic building templates". As a result, they are deceived and cause great economic losses.
