A survey of more than 3,000 undergraduate graduates shows that 74.8% prefer to work in Beijing, while only 2% prefer to work in the central and western regions. It is difficult to match the expected income of college students with the wages provided by employers. The situation in Guangdong province is contrary to that in the whole country. At present, the manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta region is relatively developed, but now the Pearl River Delta region, especially Guangzhou and Shenzhen, is developing in the direction of high-end technology and electronic information, and some labor-intensive and heavily polluted enterprises are moving to the east and west wings and northern Guangdong, promoting the overall economic development of Guangdong. Including a large part of the manufacturing industry, but still in Guangdong Province, professional jobs have not decreased. At the same time, Guangdong Province is also developing towards advanced manufacturing industries, such as high-end electronic products, automobile industry and equipment manufacturing. These are high-quality talents who need certain professional knowledge and skills, such as material molding and machinery manufacturing. Therefore, in Guangdong Province, the demand of our material forming and control engineering specialty is still great, and the employment situation is still very optimistic.

3. There is also the unreasonable employment structure.

Most college graduates are concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region, but few college graduates are willing to go to the east and west wings and northern Guangdong, so there is a severe employment situation and the problem of difficult employment for college students. In fact, this problem exists not only in our major of material forming and control engineering, but also in other related majors and even all majors.

According to the survey, the salary requirements of fresh graduates are not low, and most of them have higher salary requirements for job hunting. There are also some graduates who demand a salary of 3,000-5,000 yuan. In view of this employment situation, how should we make the right choice?

1, make a reasonable position for your career.

Analyze your own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages comprehensively and objectively, analyze the current employment situation, rationally locate your own career and choose your own development direction. We should look at the career planning and employment of waiters from a developmental perspective. Without the vision of development and the employment concept of overall situation, people will often be empty-handed or even unemployed after graduation.

2. Correctly treat the differences in the employment field of waiters.

Good development opportunities are not unique to economically developed areas, and working in the mainland can still make a big difference and realize one's ambitions. In a sense, it is precisely because the starting point of inland areas is not high at present, so the development potential is greater, and with the strong support of relevant policies of the central government, it will provide them with more opportunities and a broader world of struggle. Foreign-funded or coastal enterprises, with high wages and good environment, are naturally attractive, but the threshold is also high and the elimination rate is cruel. After all, only a few people can realize their employment dreams, and more people are doomed to be disappointed. If you still turn a blind eye and turn a deaf ear to mainland enterprises that can give you more talents and realize your ambitions, you will not only lose a lot of time, but also your future. Without the vision of development and the concept of the overall situation, the concept of employment will often lead to empty hands and even unemployment after graduation.

3, before choosing a job, you should have a career outlook.

Our present employment is not one-off. We can have multiple jobs in our career. Because after all, we just came out of school and have no rich work experience. We only study theoretical things and don't have enough practical experience. Therefore, you should have an employment outlook before choosing a job. We should work for a few years first, accumulate some work experience, prepare for future career development, and then determine our lifelong career.

Graduates must assess the situation and tailor their measures. Never blindly pursue the job that millions of people want to grab. That rice bowl is destined to feed only a few people. Therefore, we should focus on the wider world. "The sky is wide and the birds fly." A large number of development opportunities in the mainland are just around the corner, depending on whether you can grasp them in time.

Because of the outbreak of real estate, many people pay attention to this major, but what they learn in school is some theoretical knowledge, which is far from the real practice.

It took me three years to know that it includes four parts: welding, forging, casting and die. Among them, casting is better The mold is also good. A major needs to learn three specialized courses. You can't leave the basic courses, which belong to science and machinery, and the subjects you study also include materials, such as metal science.
