Why are all the nurses in the hospital beautiful?

1, nurses have great mobility, mainly due to the high work pressure. Front-line nurses are too tired and bitter. They face all kinds of patients every day, all of whom are upset after illness. They have nowhere to pour out their grievances, and sometimes they can't even get the minimum dignity. Coupled with low wages, they are doing harder work than doctors, taking a doctor's fraction of the salary. Poor little nurse!

The prerequisite for recruiting community nurses is several years of hospital work experience. Those older nurses who have lived for years have been transferred to community hospitals as potential stocks. Community nurses are relatively relaxed and well paid for specific groups of people.

Nurses know some medical protection and can take care of themselves better than normal people. Besides, wearing a white coat makes people look younger than their actual age. Many nurses still look young even when they are 40 years old. Of course, there are still many older nurses in hospitals, usually in intensive care units and operating rooms, because they are more experienced and most of them are accompanying patients with more professional needs.

Although the treatment and working environment of nurses have been greatly improved, they are still cheap labor. They have professional knowledge, but they lack effective protection and become obedient laborers. This is really a history of social tear!
