(1) Participate in the preparatory work before bond issuance, including but not limited to cooperating with the requirements of the client, communicating with issuers, guarantors and other bond issuers, providing and writing preparatory materials, and assisting bond investors to complete bond issuance and listing after approval, including but not limited to roadshows, bookkeeping and filing, and issuance and listing.

(2) Participate in the daily negotiation and coordination with other institutions in the process of issuing projects, as well as the daily maintenance of bond business sales channels;

(3) Design and develop debt financing products, update the daily information of the issuance market, and participate in drafting approval documents (prospectus, etc.). ).) related projects, and go through the specific examination and approval procedures;

(4) Participate in the preparation of proposals for bond underwriting projects such as CITIC Construction Investment, corporate bonds, ABS and corporate bonds and the design of bond issuance plans;

2. Qualifications

(1) Bachelor degree;

(2) major: major in finance, economy, management or investment;

(3) Having experience in issuing bonds at home and abroad by securities companies, banks and units;

1. Job responsibilities

(1) Responsible for raising and implementing the company's bank financing funds and tracking and managing the financing projects;
