Why are there so few girls cooking?

Hotel chefs don't choose girls because most girls are not strong enough. Cooks are all manual workers, and if they are not strong enough, they can't afford to eat pots. Also, the average girl is kind-hearted. Learning to be a chef should start from the water table, killing fish and the like, and slaughtering some living things when cooking side dishes has an impact.
