Hunan Branch of China Tobacco Corporation is a central enterprise in Hunan, which has jurisdiction over 14 municipal tobacco companies, 95 county (district) tobacco branches, Party School of Hunan Tobacco Bureau (Hunan Tobacco Staff Training Center) and Hunan Tobacco Reheating Co., Ltd., and is mainly responsible for organizing the production, planting, purchase, allocation and sales of tobacco leaves, cigarettes and cigars in the whole province.
