First, the recruitment conditions

1. Recruitment target: veterans, high schools, vocational schools and college graduates.

2. Employment conditions: 18-28 years old, male or female, with formal residence and high school education or above.

3. Can speak Mandarin, with strong language expression ability and action coordination ability.

4. Good health, male height 1.75m or above, female height 1.63m or above (barefoot), well-proportioned, with regular facial features, naked eyes above 0.8, no tattoos, no O-legs and no stuttering.

5. Good ideological and moral character, law-abiding, strong organizational discipline, no reeducation through labor, public security punishment and criminal punishment, love security inspection, good quality and qualified political examination.

Second, the required documents:

1. Check the original ID card and hand in 5 copies. The second-generation ID card should be printed on both sides of the same paper;

2. 4 copies of graduation certificate;

3. Photos of big-headed documents: 8 photos with one-inch washed bareheaded blue background and 6 photos with washed white background (forehead and ears are required to be exposed);

4. The household homepage (the first page) has 4 pages with me;

5. No criminal record certificate (issued by the police station where the household registration is located);

The above five items are indispensable, so be prepared before you come.

6. Physical examination: After coming to Beijing, I will arrange a physical examination in a 3A hospital. (at one's own expense)

6. Bring the above materials to the security inspector training office of Beijing Metro Security Inspector Management Branch for an interview. Where the procedures are incomplete and do not meet the requirements, they will be returned at their own expense.

7. If you pass the interview, you will receive 15-25 days of pre-job training at the subway security inspector training center. Accommodation, teaching materials, clothing and bedding will be provided free of charge during the training period, and you need to bring your own toiletries.

Third, wages and benefits.

1. After the probation period expires, sign a labor contract voluntarily for one to two years. From the date of signing the contract, you will enjoy the following security inspector treatment.

2. Wage standard: 1.450 yuan for the first two months, 1.800 yuan/month after job transfer in the third month, working hours are three shifts a day, and a comprehensive working hour system is implemented; Take charge of the staff's room and board free of charge, and then increase year by year, and the salary will be paid to the salary card on 10 every month.

3. Pay insurance according to the relevant provisions of the state after the transfer. There are two insurances (industrial injury and medical treatment) in agricultural registered permanent residence, Waifu, and three insurances (pension, medical treatment and industrial injury) in the urban hukou of Waifu.

4. Sickness, industrial injury and disability shall be implemented according to the national labor law and relevant state regulations.

5. Take one day off on the last two days of the working day every month, with a total of 10 days off.

6. You can take the bus and subway in Beijing for free when you show your work certificate.

7. Those who have worked for one year have 15 paid holidays, and their wages have increased by 5%.
