Among the candidates who pass the written test, the ratio of 1:5 is determined according to their grades and the number of job recruits. If the ratio of 1:5 is not reached, it shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people in the written test.

Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification examination according to the time and requirements specified in this announcement are deemed to have given up automatically; If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete and can not be completed before the end of the qualification examination or does not meet the qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

If there is a vacancy in the interview candidate due to the cancellation of the candidate's interview qualification, the candidates who have passed the written test in the same position will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low.

Second, the audit material content

Candidates should bring the original and 1 copy of the qualification examination materials at the on-site qualification examination. Candidates are required to arrange copies of qualification examination materials in the following order (all copies of materials must be signed in the upper right corner and indicate the post code). Details are as follows:

(1) Application Form for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Guangdong Province (I must sign it after downloading it from the recruitment system for approval).

(two) a valid identity card (copy of the same side).

(3) Hukou book (the first page of Hukou book and my page are copied on the same side). Candidates with collective household registration are required to submit a copy of the first page and my page stamped with the official seal of the collective unit.

(4) Copy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (if the graduates of 2023 are temporarily unable to provide graduation certificate and degree certificate, they must provide student ID card and graduate employment recommendation form).

(five) academic qualifications, degree verification report (can be verified in China Higher Education Student Information Network).

(six) announcement and other supporting materials required by the post:

1. Serve grassroots project personnel and provide relevant certification materials according to the project (see Article 5 of Annex 2 of Announcement on Centralized and Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province in 2023 for details);

2. Returned overseas students are required to provide relevant certification materials such as foreign academic qualifications and degree certification letters issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;

3. Candidates whose majors are not listed in the Professional Catalogue of Civil Servants (without professional codes) can choose similar majors in the Professional Catalogue of Civil Servants, and provide materials such as transcripts of the courses they have studied, course comparison notes, and professional setting basis of graduate institutions;

4. If the post requires professional and technical professional qualifications, provide relevant certificates;

5. If the post requires more than 2 years of relevant work experience, provide relevant certificates;

6. Other materials.
