In order to enrich the team of professional and technical personnel in town health centers, according to the Measures for Recruiting New Personnel in Wuhu Public Institutions and with the consent of the county establishment committee, Nanling County Town Health Center openly recruits 30 medical and technical personnel for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the recruitment target and application conditions
1, graduated from a full-time medical college with a college degree or above;
2, adhere to the four cardinal principles, law-abiding, love their jobs, have the ability to perform their duties;
3. Those who are under 28 years of age (born after 1982 65438+ 10/) and have obtained the qualification of practicing assistant doctors may be relaxed to 35 years of age (born after 1 975/);

Second, the recruitment of majors and places
There are 14 people majoring in clinical medicine of western medicine (including at least 3 undergraduate students), 3 people majoring in medical imaging, 1 person majoring in anesthesia, 1 person majoring in inspection, 4 people majoring in nursing, 1 person majoring in stomatology, 4 people majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and 2 people majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.
Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
Recruitment is conducted by combining examination with assessment, which is divided into registration, examination (written examination, interview), physical examination and assessment, publicity and employment.
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: June1May-June 19.

3. The following materials must be submitted when registering:
(1) applicants fill in the "20 10 Nanling County Town Health Center Recruitment Qualification Examination Form";
② Three recent two-inch bareheaded photos;
(3) Applicants must provide valid identity documents, originals and photocopies of academic certificates (recent graduates must provide valid identity cards, student ID cards and graduate employment recommendation forms signed by the school employment authorities);

5. The ratio of the number of recruitment plans to the number of applicants in each major shall not be less than 1: 3. If this ratio is not reached, the number of recruitment places will be reduced accordingly in principle. (2) Examination
The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.
1, written test: the content of written test is basic medical knowledge and professional knowledge, with full score of 100 and test time limit of 120 minutes. The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.
Candidates who have obtained the qualifications of practicing assistant doctors and practicing doctors after examination and verification will get 3 points and 5 points respectively in the written test.
2. Interview: according to the professional category, the written test scores are from high to low, and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans of each major 1: 2. If the last place has the same score, they will also enter the interview. The main contents of the interview are professional practical knowledge and comprehensive quality ability, and the interview score is 100. The interview time will be announced separately. Those who enter the interview process need to fill in their volunteers before the interview.
After the interview, the total test score is weighted according to the ratio of written test to interview score of 7: 3 (two decimal places are reserved).
(3) Physical examination and evaluation
According to the total test score, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment plans from high to low: 1: 1. If the last one has the same score, give priority to the one with high written test score; If it is the same again, try professional knowledge to determine the candidate.

Physical examination is carried out in hospitals above the second level, and the physical examination standard is implemented according to the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
Those who pass the examination shall be organized and implemented by the Nanling County Health Bureau in conjunction with the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The assessment work is mainly to examine political ideology, moral quality, academic completion, and whether there are violations of laws and regulations. Vacancies due to unqualified medical examination, examination or automatic abandonment will be filled in one time in turn.
(4) Publicity and employment
For those who pass the physical examination and assessment, the unit to be employed will be determined according to the total score of the examination, the candidate's wishes and the education level, and the list of persons to be employed will be publicized for 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity or it does not affect the employment after verification, the employing personnel will sign an employment contract with the recruiting unit (the probation period is one year). Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall go through the relevant employment and recruitment procedures in the company according to the prescribed procedures and authority. According to relevant regulations, employees enjoy performance pay in primary medical and health institutions.
