Taizhou Library is an open, modern and multifunctional public library, covering an area of 20 mu, with a total construction area of 2 1 000 square meters. It began in February 2006 and was gradually opened to all citizens in February 2065, 438+00. The main building has five floors above ground and one underground, and its functional layout is reasonable. There are general literature lending room, Taizhou local industrial library, children's literature lending room, parent-child library, local literature reading room, Ye Wenling Literature Museum, lecture hall and exhibition hall. The museum is also equipped with advanced computer integrated information management system, modern communication system and property management system to provide readers with comprehensive, efficient and high-quality services.

Taizhou Library is a newly-built public library. In less than a year, we have accumulated more than 654.38+million books, and acquired digital resources such as Founder Penguin e-book, Founder Art Photo Library, Click Book, Tsinghua Tongfang Academic Journal Special Issue, Wanfang Medical Database, etc. , and will maintain a rapid growth rate of collections every year, thus effectively exerting the functions of Taizhou Literature Information Center and regional library network service center.

As a municipal public library, Taizhou Library will adhere to the tenet of "readers first, service first", insist on opening 365 days a year, meet the literature and information needs of all kinds of readers to the maximum extent, strive to become the second living room of the general public, and provide knowledge and information services for government decision-making, economic development, scientific and technological innovation, academic research and cultural education in Taizhou.

Readers can borrow four books (pieces) at a time with the initial authority, with a borrowing period of 30 days, which can be renewed 1 time, with a borrowing period of 15 days.

The library will adjust (increase or decrease) the borrowing authority according to the readers' borrowing situation.

Renew:

Readers can renew the loan documents before the expiration, at most once, with a term of 15 days.

Appointment:

Readers can make an appointment to borrow literature, and the appointment is limited to the same time period 1 volume. The library will notify the readers by phone after the documents arrive in the library, and the readers must come to the library for borrowing procedures within 3 days after receiving the notice.

Expiration time:

Documents need to be returned in time, and the library is free from overdue payment, but the overdue return of documents will have a negative impact on readers' borrowing authority and borrowing level.
