1. Log in to "Box Horse Recruitment" official website.

2. Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the homepage, and log in with your account and password when you are in the box.

3. After logging in successfully, find "My Information" at the top of the page and click to enter the personal information page.

4. On the personal information page, find the option of "Separation Certificate" and click.

5. Fill in relevant information according to the page prompts, including your name, ID number, departure time, etc.

6. After completing the form, click "Submit Application".
