After three months, they can only apply for foreign workers in their own labor departments and recruit chefs in China. Moreover, they must contact foreign countries through the employment center outside China and entrust the domestic labor department to recruit chefs. The procedure is still complicated, at least six months. Generally, you don't have direct contact with private people!
