What is the minimum wage standard in Jiangsu Province in 2015? With the consent of the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the province’s minimum wage standard will be adjusted from November 1, 2014. The monthly minimum wage standard is 1,630 yuan in the first-category areas, an increase of 150 yuan; 1,460 yuan in the second-category areas, an increase of 180 yuan; and 1,270 yuan in the third-category areas, an increase of 170 yuan. The hourly minimum wage for part-time workers is 14.5 yuan in first-class areas, an increase of 1.5 yuan; 12.5 yuan in second-class areas, an increase of 1.5 yuan; and 11 yuan in third-class areas, an increase of 1.5 yuan.

The minimum wage standard does not include: wages for overtime work; allowances for special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, poisonous and harmful, etc.; workers stipulated by laws, regulations and the state Benefits, etc. After excluding the excluded content and the individual’s contribution to the housing provident fund according to the limit, the monthly wage paid by the employer to the employee shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard.
Previously, 17 regions across the country had adjusted their minimum wage standards, with an average increase of 14.1, with Shanghai leading the country with 1,820 yuan.
