Recruitment conditions of civil servants and credit cooperatives in Hunan Province

The following are the conditions for entering the civil service examination in Hunan Province.

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(3) Having good conduct;

(4) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(5) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(seven) have other qualifications required by the proposed position.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the experience of working in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level and starting their own businesses. Work experience in units below the military regiment can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is grass-roots units) to participate in internships or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions, which can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Participate in social practice, internship, part-time job, etc. Full-time schooling can't be counted as grassroots work experience.

If the examination post requires four project personnel, the applicants must be grass-roots project personnel who have worked in Hunan (including Hunan personnel who have worked in other provinces) and passed the examination, such as "transferring college graduates to work in villages" (they can apply for the examination after two years), "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage", "three supports and one support" and "college students volunteer to serve the west". Four project personnel who have been admitted as civil servants cannot apply for the orientation recruitment position of four project personnel.

If the recruitment position requires directional recruitment of outstanding village cadres or outstanding community cadres, the applicants should be the current outstanding secretary of the village party organization and director of the village committee, or the current outstanding secretary of the community party organization and director of the neighborhood committee, and have worked in the current position for more than 3 years as of March 13; Official staff of organs at all levels and state-owned enterprises and institutions who hold concurrent positions in rural areas or communities are not allowed to apply.

If the recruitment position has household registration requirements, the applicant should have the household registration in the administrative area specified in the qualification conditions of the position, or his parents' household registration is in the administrative area, and his original household registration is in the administrative area on the date of announcement.

Applicants must hold a nationally recognized diploma (degree certificate). The certificate of academic qualifications (degrees) in question shall be subject to the results identified by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level; The professional review shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Catalogue of Professional Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province.

The following persons are not allowed to apply for the examination: those who have been criminally punished for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have cheated, cheated and other serious violations of the discipline of examination and employment in civil service recruitment at all levels, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates, civil servants with less than two years' service (including probation period), civil servants who have resigned or been disqualified from civil service recruitment for less than two years during probation period, and those who have been dismissed for less than five years. Applicants are not allowed to apply for the recruitment positions that constitute avoidance relationship.

Unless otherwise specified, the deadline for the above-mentioned grassroots work experience time, the service period of four project personnel, obtaining academic qualifications (degrees) and other qualifications related to the time period is August 3 1, 2065438.

In addition, the conditions for applying for rural credit cooperatives are

1, basic conditions

(1) Good political and ideological quality, law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, and no bad record;

(2) love the cause of rural credit cooperatives, obey the organization and distribution, and work in rural credit cooperatives with peace of mind;

(3) good health.

2. Age

Full-time college graduates aged 26 or below (born after June 30th,1987); The current university student village official is 28 years old or below (1born after June 30, 985); Graduates with full-time master's degree or above are under 30 years old (born after June 30th, 1983).

3. Education and Profession

(1) academic qualifications: the academic qualifications of full-time junior college or above in domestic institutions must be online certified before 20 14 10 3 1; Graduates from overseas colleges and universities must be able to obtain the academic degree certification of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before 20 14 10 3 1

(2) Professional requirements:

Full-time college graduates are limited to recruiting majors in economics, finance and accounting.

Full-time undergraduate graduates, full-time graduates with master's degree or above are restricted to majors such as economics, finance, financial accounting, law, computer and management.

College student village officials are not limited to majors.

4. Other conditions

The candidates for university student village officials are limited to those who have passed the unified examination of the Organization Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, arranged to work in the village for more than two years (the calculation time is as of 20 14 10 3 1), and have passed the annual assessment. The "village officials" selected by cities, counties and cities are not included.

Whether a good exam is good or not can only be decided by the number of applicants. If the number of applicants is large and the competition is great, it will not be easy to take the exam.
