According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Transportation Bureau has 6 internal organs:

(1) office.

Responsible for the daily operation of mail, meetings, confidential information and documents; To undertake comprehensive reports, document drafting, open government affairs, confidentiality, letters and visits, foreign affairs and other work; Responsible for asset management, liaison and reception, comprehensive coordination and supervision; Guide the transportation industry to save energy and reduce emissions; Formulate transportation safety production management system and emergency plan and supervise their implementation.

(2) Policy and Regulation Section.

Organize the drafting of relevant normative documents and systems, and undertake the legality review of relevant normative documents; To undertake the supervision and inspection of administrative law enforcement; To undertake the work of responding to administrative litigation; Organize and carry out policy research; Undertake legal training and publicity work; Guide the legal system construction and system reform of the transportation industry. Guide the comprehensive management and stability of the industry.

(3) Comprehensive Planning Section.

Organize the preparation of comprehensive transportation system planning; Organize the drafting of relevant industry development strategies and plans, organize the preparation of relevant plans, participate in the formulation of logistics development strategies and plans, and put forward relevant policy standards; Put forward suggestions and supervise the implementation of the investment policies and funding arrangements of the city's special funds; To undertake the pre-project review and post-project evaluation of transportation system-related planning and construction projects; Organize bidding for traffic construction projects; Responsible for the review of transportation infrastructure overhaul and technical transformation projects; Organize the preparation of port planning and other work; Undertake environmental protection, foreign capital utilization, statistics, investigation and information work of transportation system. Participate in traffic readiness work.

(4) the finance department.

To organize the formulation of financial and accounting rules and regulations for the transportation industry; Responsible for the supervision and implementation of highway and waterway related charging policies; To undertake financial management, accounting, investment promotion, financing, special fund management, budget and final accounts, government procurement, foreign exchange, credit and other related work; To guide the financial work of the Supervision Bureau and the units directly under the transportation system and the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.

(5) Construction Fund Supervision Section.

To formulate rules, regulations and measures for the supervision and management of basic transportation funds and supervise their implementation; To undertake the supervision of transportation capital construction funds; To undertake the economic responsibility audit of leading cadres of units directly under the Bureau; To undertake the fund supervision of the units directly under the Bureau; Guide the supervision of internal funds in the transportation industry.
