Announcement on Special Selection of Professional Young Talents in Suzhou Institutions in 2022
In order to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on vigorously cultivating and selecting outstanding young cadres, further improve the cadre talent team structure, and strengthen the source reserve of high-quality professional young cadres, according to the "Suzhou Specialized Young Talents Post Selection Plan", after research, institutions at all levels in Suzhou openly selected 444 outstanding graduates in 2023 for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, choose the target
Full-time fresh graduates of "double first-class" construction universities in China (excluding entrusted training, orientation, undergraduate upgrading, independent college graduates and on-the-job graduate students). The schools that graduated this year belong to the first round of "First-class Universities in Architecture" (42 universities, Annex 2), or their majors belong to the second round of "List of Architecture and Construction Subjects of Double First-class Universities" (147 universities, Annex 3) corresponding disciplines (including two disciplines covered by the first-class disciplines); Moreover, the graduation schools of all courses (undergraduate, master and doctor) belong to the second round of "double first-class construction of colleges and universities" (147). The applicant must have graduated in 2023 and obtained the diploma (degree) before August of 3 1 year.
QS, THE, U.S.News, ARWU and CWUR World Universities are among the top foreign universities 100 in the latest list (the list for 2022 will be announced separately after official website updates). The applicant must have obtained a foreign education before the qualification review in July, 20021year, and completed the qualification certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and has not yet been employed.

Second, the recruitment qualifications
1. China nationality, firm political stance, love for the party and patriotism; Excellent academic performance, good comprehensive quality and development potential, no permanent residence outside the country (territory), long-term residence permit, unlimited household registration.
2. Undergraduate students/KLOC-0 were born after July 1998, master students/KLOC-0 were born after July 1995, and doctoral students/KLOC-0 were born after July 1992. Applicants must apply for graduation school, major and other qualifications in 2023.
3. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
4. Abide by the law, have no criminal record, and have not been punished by party discipline, political discipline or school discipline.
5. The avoidance system shall be implemented, and candidates shall not apply for positions that constitute avoidance relationship after employment.
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
III. Registration and Qualification Examination
1. Registration method: log on to Suzhou Dinggang website () to register online, and each person is limited to one post. Upload materials and conduct preliminary qualification examination through the network.
2. Registration time: June 2022 10 from 9: 00 to June 2022 16: 00.
3. Preliminary qualification examination: The preliminary qualification examination is organized by the local recruitment office.
4. Registration procedure:
(1) information entry: fill in personal information truthfully according to the tips of the registration system and the requirements of job selection, and fill in the employment situation, various awards and honors won and internship experience in detail during the school period.
(2) Photo upload: I recently bareheaded two-inch (35×45 mm) ID photo (jpg format, size not exceeding 200Kb).

5. Examination proportion: See the position profile for the examination proportion of each position. Can not reach the proportion of the examination, reduce or cancel the transfer position. After the comprehensive ability and quality evaluation, the positions that have been reduced or written off at the registration stage can be re-registered upon the application of the employer, and the relevant information can be published through the Suzhou Dinggang special website.
Fourth, comprehensive ability and quality evaluation
Local selection offices organize comprehensive ability and quality evaluation for those who pass the preliminary examination, and the same personnel organize additional evaluation. For other requirements of the evaluation method, please refer to the job profile. According to the ratio of 5: 1 in the recruitment plan, the list of interviewers will be determined from high score to low score, and positions with the ratio of applicants to planned recruits not exceeding 5: 1 can directly enter the interview. The ranking of comprehensive ability and quality evaluation and whether to enter the interview are inquired through the registration website, and the list of interviewers is publicized on the Suzhou Dinggang special website.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) qualification examination and interview
The qualification review is conducted before the interview, mainly to examine whether the interview finalists meet the qualifications required for job selection. Those who pass the second interview will be given an interview notice on the spot, and those who fail the second interview will be disqualified. The time and place of qualification review and interview will be notified separately on Suzhou Dinggang website.
The content of the interview is mainly to examine the professional technical ability and comprehensive management ability required by the proposed position. Interviews are conducted in a variety of ways, such as structured interviews, leaderless group discussions, scenario simulations, and professional skills tests.
The interview results are calculated on a percentage basis, and 60 points are qualified scores. Fractions are calculated with two decimal places, and the third place is rounded off. The interview results were announced on the spot. Organize comprehensive ability and quality evaluation positions, and score the same points in the interview. The former ranks first. For the position directly interviewed, the interviewer will organize additional tests. For other interview requirements, please refer to the job profile. The interview results and the list of people entering the medical examination will be announced at the interview test center the next day, and will be publicized through the Suzhou Dinggang special website for no less than 3 working days.
During the qualification review and interview, the epidemic prevention and control requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the latest requirements of the state, province and city. Candidates from foreign universities who come to Suzhou for an interview can enjoy transportation and accommodation subsidies (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and 500 yuan, other 65,438+0,000 yuan outside the province).
Six, physical examination, post selection, inspection
Among those who pass the interview, the candidates who enter the physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the employment plan from high to low. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed. Among them, those who pass the physical examination of the unified recruitment positions are uniformly selected by the local recruitment offices, and the job selection order is determined from high to low according to the interview results (and rankings) of the same position, and those with high interview results (and rankings) give priority to job selection.
The local selection and transfer offices organize the implementation inspection (political examination), and the inspection standards refer to the relevant requirements of Suzhou civil servant recruitment inspection.
Seven, publicity employment
After the inspection, the candidates to be admitted will be publicized for 7 working days through the special website of Suzhou Dinggang. After publicity, go through the employment procedures without objection. When the candidates fail to pass the physical examination, inspection and publicity or voluntarily give up the vacancy, the competent department of the employing unit shall put forward written opinions on whether to fill the vacancy, and report to the local employment office for examination and filing according to the personnel management authority. If replacement is needed, it will be made from high to low according to the interview results (and ranking) of qualified personnel in job interviews. Those who give up the admission qualification after admission (from the date of issuance of the admission notice) will not be replaced.
Before admission, if the post is still vacant after filling the vacancy, the competent department of the employing unit shall submit a written application, and with the consent of the local employment office, the candidates who have not been employed in the interview and meet the requirements for entering the examination can be adjusted, and the comprehensive ability and quality assessment, interview and other assessments can be organized to select the best candidates.
