How to install the brake lever?

1. Pay attention to count the random spare parts according to the spare parts list.

2. According to the left and right direction of the selected door and the field practice of the equipment, determine the equipment orientation of the current necessary door knowledge host. In the case of non-concrete foundation or slope of main equipment of road gate, it is suggested to build a concrete foundation, which should be firmly connected with the foundation. The perpendicularity between the main engine body and the horizontal plane is less than 1.

3. According to the orientation of the control room or sentry box, lay the power cord and control conduit (it is recommended that the power cord and control conduit be placed in different conduits respectively).

4. Increase the screws in the orientation equipment of the main equipment of the road brake (according to the accessories of the internship equipment in the list), and fix the main equipment of the road brake firmly before use.

5. Shake the brake lever to a horizontal position by hand, determine the equipment orientation of the fork lever at the end of the brake lever, and fix the fork lever firmly with screws (no equipment is needed without the fork lever).

6. Carefully compare the wiring diagram, connect the power cord and related control lines to the gate control panel, and tighten and debug after the judgment is correct.
