Where is the job fair in Lama Temple? thank you

There is a ditan park in the Lama Temple, a candy store near the park and a job fair. Another job fair is just going to ditan park to buy a ticket. Tickets are required for both job fairs, but only one park ticket is charged in ditan park, and the job fairs are charged outside the park. Two job fairs are not available every day. I forgot when they were free.
