Enterprises in the new district refer to enterprises registered in the new district and paying taxes. At the same time, the following conditions must be met:

1. High-level talents are top talents, outstanding talents, leading talents, top-notch talents and senior talents (see Ningbo Talent Classification Catalogue for details), and basic talents are talents with bachelor degree or above (or intermediate and above titles, technicians and above professional qualifications) recognized by the state.

2. High-level talents are under 55 years old and basic talents are under 50 years old.

3. In the actual work of the new district, senior talents have worked in the new district for 2 years and basic talents have worked in the new district for 3 years. Flexible introduction of high-end talents and talents from education, health and other social undertakings (no preparation) to buy talent housing needs to be approved by the industry authorities in the new district, and the purchase methods shall be formulated separately.

. The applicant meets the above conditions, but under any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to purchase talent housing:

(a) in the new district (including Cixi) have enjoyed housing reform, talent apartment subsidies, high-level talent housing subsidies, one enterprise one policy housing subsidies and other housing security related policies (including physical housing distribution, affordable housing, fund-raising housing, demolition and resettlement and monetary housing subsidies, etc.). ).

Working hours are calculated by the time when enterprises (units) that meet the subscription conditions in the new district pay social security.
