The graduation certificate and nurse's practice license of overseas secondary or higher medical colleges recognized by the administrative department of education in the State Council, in which foreigners shall obtain the HSK certificate of Chinese proficiency test prescribed by People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as China) and have been on probation in medical institutions designated by the administrative department of health for more than 3 months.

Persons who sign up for the health professional and technical qualification examination shall abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good medical ethics and professionalism, and meet the following corresponding conditions:

1. Take the nurse qualification examination: obtain the technical secondary school or junior college degree of nursing (midwifery) in the corresponding major, and have worked in this major for at least 1 year.

According to the "Regulations on Nurses", graduates who meet one of the following conditions and have completed nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months in teaching and general hospitals (including those who graduated in 2009) can sign up for the primary nursing professional and technical qualification examination:

(1) Obtaining a professional degree in nursing and midwifery in an ordinary full-time secondary vocational school recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level.

(2) Obtained a college degree in nursing and midwifery in an ordinary full-time college recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level.

(3) Bachelor degree or above in nursing and midwifery in full-time colleges and universities recognized by the education authorities in the State Council.

Candidates' registration qualifications shall be audited by the provincial health administrative department, and those who pass the examination shall be issued by the talent exchange service center of the Ministry of Health as a valid certificate for applying for nurse practice registration.

Second, take the nurse qualification examination

(a) to obtain the corresponding professional secondary school education, and to be employed as a nurse for 5 years;

(two) to obtain the corresponding professional college degree, and to be employed as a nurse for 3 years;

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree or master's degree in the corresponding major, and to engage in technical work in this major for 1 year.

(two) to obtain a college degree in the corresponding major, and to be employed as a nurse for 6 years;

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree in the corresponding major, and to be employed as a nurse for 4 years;

(four) to obtain the corresponding professional master's degree, and to be employed as a nurse for 2 years;

(five) to obtain the corresponding professional doctorate, that is, you can take the exam.

In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for taking the health professional and technical qualification examination:

(a) the person responsible for the medical accident is less than 3 years;

(2) The person responsible for medical errors is under 1 one year old;

(3) Having been subject to administrative sanctions for less than 2 years;

(4) forging academic qualifications or violating discipline during the examination for less than 2 years;
