Brief introduction of Oubei Town, Yongjia County

In Oubei Pump and Valve Industrial Park, three enterprises, namely Good News Bird, Aokang and Red Dragonfly, rank among the top 500 private enterprises in China. The original planned total area of Oubei Pump and Valve Industrial Park is 10.8 square kilometers (16000 mu), with Wangjiawu Road in the east, sunshine avenue in the south, Xiashan Reef in the west and Anfeng Mountain in the north. It is developed in three stages. The first phase covers an area of 5,000 mu, starting from Wangjiawu in the east, reaching Shuangta Road in the south, Zhang Bao East Road in the west and Old National Road 104 in the north, and Dongou Bridge runs through it. The second phase covers an area of 5,500 mu, with Zhang Bao East Road in the east, sunshine avenue in the south, Xin National Road 104 in the north and Xiashan Reef in the west. The third phase covers an area of 5,500 mu, starting from Zhoushan in the west, reaching the newly-built 104 national road in the south, reaching Jiaoshan in the west and Anfengshan in the north.
