There are far more countries that can cooperate with foreign labor services than you think, but generally individual applications are not accepted.

Labor services abroad need to pay attention to:

Labor service abroad must be approved by the government of the labor importing country, and the employer can only work abroad after completing the work permit for the laborers. It is illegal to work abroad on tourist, business, visiting relatives, friends and study visas, and you will be fined, detained and flogged in Singapore. Never go abroad to work without a work visa, let alone through non-labor channels.

When working abroad, don't work for other employers at the same time.
