(3) Coordinate and promote the relevant departments of this city to perform their duties related to ethnic affairs and establish an ethnic affairs service system; protect the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minority citizens in accordance with the law and coordinate ethnic relations; assist relevant departments to undertake the training of ethnic minority cadres, Selection and employment work; responsible for the creation of ethnic unity and progress and organization and implementation of commendation activities; contacting ethnic minority people.
