3. The age of retirees is generally no more than 65 years old.

The knowledge structure of community workers should include at least three parts:

1, the theoretical system and practical mode of community work itself. As one of the main methods of social work, community work has a unique set of working principles, steps and methods. Community workers should first understand the particularity and characteristics of their work and master basic professional theoretical knowledge and skills.

2. Knowledge and methods related to behavioral science and social science. In the process of specialization of modern social work, various modern scientific achievements have been absorbed. If engaging in case and group work needs more knowledge of social psychology, psychiatry and cultural anthropology, then community work needs more knowledge of politics (such as public management), sociology (such as organizational sociology), economics and education.

3. Community background knowledge. A comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the overall structure of the community, services and the functional characteristics of public or private institutions, familiar with community life customs, so as to easily adapt to the working environment and establish positive social relations.
