1. Before starting the machine, check whether the operation keys are active, add lubricating oil to the smooth parts, apply a small amount of high-temperature resistant calcium-based grease to the thin knife transmission gear, and then adjust the cutter line according to the production requirements. It should be noted here that when adjusting the knife pitch, the three-sided book cutting blade can only move when it is lifted away from the knife slot, and it must not be linked with the knife slot, otherwise it will easily cause the blade to be deformed or damaged.

2. Secondly, after adjusting the position of the three-sided book-cutting blade, it is advisable to slowly put the three-sided book-cutting blade into the knife slot with a depth of 3 ~ 5 mm The book-cutting blade must live in the base of the knife slot, and it is not allowed to violate it, and the two cannot touch each other. Otherwise, the blade and the knife slot will collide with each other after starting, and the thin blade will burn out.

3. After that, it is advisable to sharpen the knife every 200 ~ 50 mm based on the quality of the three-sided book cutting blade, so as to adhere to the paper separation and cut off the bright and beautiful appearance. Pay attention to the edge of the paper and other foreign objects together, and don't get involved in the blade drive gear to avoid damaging the machine.
