Are there any temporary workers in the Inland Revenue Department?

There must be. At least the workers who are not employed by each bureau are temporary workers, such as canteens, drivers and doormen. As for temporary workers engaged in tax work, there used to be one in every grass-roots bureau. However, in recent years, the management is relatively strict, and they are generally no longer allowed to engage in front-line work of tax collection. They can only do odd jobs with decent income, and the work they do must be easy, usually someone's relatives or something.
