Second, the introduction plan

(4) Full-time postgraduate students are 35 years old and below (1 born after May 1985 1), and full-time doctoral students are 40 years old and below (1born after May 1980/);
(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(3) 6 recent 1 inch bareheaded photos with red background;
(4) Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register (the major they study must meet the requirements of the reported position). Candidates who apply for positions with work experience are required to issue work experience certificates. (3) Evaluation and inspection
Through the professional ability test and investigation, the professional ability, political thought, moral quality and realistic performance are comprehensively evaluated.
1. Vocational ability test
The vocational ability test is conducted by means of expert group communication. Score with a percentage system. The qualified score is 80 points, excluding one point and the lowest score. The accumulated average is divided into assessment results (two decimal places are reserved). Admission is made according to the assessment results from high to low, and the candidates who enter the inspection are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. If there are the same scores, three decimal places will be reserved for admission according to the assessment results.

(4) Physical examination

If the medical examination is unqualified, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled. Those who fail to attend the medical examination according to the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification automatically. When there is a vacancy in the medical examination, it will not be replenished. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
(5) Publicity
After passing the medical examination, the list of talents to be introduced shall be determined and publicized in the media that originally issued the announcement on the introduction of talents. The publicity time is 7 working days. If there is any objection during the publicity period, the employment qualification will be cancelled after verification and will not be reissued.

Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the personnel to be employed shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee for approval.
(7) Employment and management
Talent introduction will implement the employment system. The introduction of talents needs to fill in the Approval Form for the Introduction of Talents in Jincheng Institutions (in quintuplicate), and go through the formalities of preparation, personnel and salary after being audited by relevant departments.
The imported talents must sign an agreement with the importing unit and be included in the enterprise establishment management. The service period in this unit is not less than five years, and the work shall not be transferred during the service period.
A probation period system shall be implemented for imported talents. The probation period is generally 6 months, and the probation period for initial employment is 1 year. The probation period is included in the contract term. Conduct a comprehensive investigation after the probation period expires, and decide to renew or dismiss according to the investigation results. Those who fail to pass the inspection shall be dismissed after being approved by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
