The State Power Investment Group has Shaanxi Branch of the State Power Investment Group Corporation, Shaanxi New Energy Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group and Shaanxi Power Sales Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group in Shaanxi. State Power Investment Group was established in May 2005 with a registered capital of 45 billion yuan.
