Where does Ande Town belong to Chengdu?

Pidu District is an important part of downtown Chengdu, and it is the "electronic information and dual-innovation industrial base and international city new district" that Chengdu will focus on. There are universities such as Electronic Science and Technology University 19 and 23 national laboratories (research centers) in Pidu District.
