? Third, prevention and control strategies and measures

(1) The community (village) shall, according to the unified deployment of the street Party Working Committee and the office, formulate the epidemic prevention and control work plan and the epidemic prevention and control emergency plan (define the responsible subject, improve the organizational system and refine the prevention and control measures), reserve epidemic prevention materials and organize emergency drills.

? (2) Implementing the "four-party responsibility" of territories, departments, units and individuals. Implement grid management, put the responsibility on people, and do a good job in personnel control in the region.

? (3) Conduct daily health monitoring for employees. If there are suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough and dyspnea, they are not allowed to take up their posts. They should seek medical treatment in time and take personal protection before taking up their posts.

? (four) to strengthen the ventilation and disinfection of office areas, service areas for the people and indoor public activity areas.

? (five) to keep the environment clean and hygienic, and the garbage in key places such as garbage points, public toilets and stairs should be cleaned and disinfected every day.

? (6) Reduce residents' gathering and avoid holding gathering activities.

? (seven) to strengthen the joint prevention and control mechanism, timely investigation from high-risk and overseas, domestic epidemic areas, and quickly mandatory tracking of close contacts; Do a good job in health education and improve residents' awareness of prevention.

(eight) to provide health guidance for residents, establish a contact mechanism for special groups such as the elderly, children and patients with chronic diseases, and coordinate medical institutions and other resources to provide 24-hour telephone or online consulting services where conditions permit; Provide necessary on-site medical services for people with mobility difficulties.

? (nine) when the case of COVID-19 is found, under the guidance of the local center for disease control and prevention, the place shall be disinfected at the end, and it can be reused only after passing the hygienic evaluation.

? (ten) where there are cases or epidemics, the strategy of "internal prevention of proliferation and external prevention of export" should be adopted to do a good job in disinfection of epidemic spots such as families, building units, office meeting rooms and public places.

? (1 1) Where the epidemic spread, the strategy of "preventing the spread internally and preventing the export externally" should be adopted. For communities and villages designated as epidemic areas, measures should be taken to restrict the entry and exit of people and the gathering of people.

? (1) Strengthen organizational leadership. Clarify the responsibilities of streets and communities (villages) and further improve the organizational system. Effectively strengthen the leadership of community (village) prevention and control work, further implement the system of guaranteeing the community (village) by cadres, strengthen the contracting responsibility of community (village) construction, film and household, and ensure the effective implementation of various prevention and control measures. Give full play to the role of community (village) party organizations as fighting bastions, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party member, strengthen joint prevention and control, strictly guard against death, leave no dead ends, and build a tight defense line against the epidemic.

? (2) Submit information in time. Daily summary of community (village) discharge information, reported to the street epidemic prevention and control comprehensive group, no report back to zero. When problems are found in the process of prevention and control, the community (village) should report to the streets and health and epidemic prevention departments at the first time.

? (3) Strengthen supervision and inspection. The street supervision and inspection team strengthens the supervision and inspection of the prevention and control work of communities (villages), and is seriously accountable to the communities (villages) and the masses whose prevention and control work is not implemented or is not in place.
