The main functions of the Provincial Personnel Examination Institute:

1. Implement the various guidelines, policies and regulations of the party and the country as well as the provincial party committee and the provincial government on personnel examination and talent evaluation work , comprehensively manage and organize the implementation of the province’s personnel examination work and talent evaluation and certification work.

2. Responsible for national and provincial examinations such as qualifications for various professional and technical positions, qualifications for professional and technical personnel, vocational and technical level certification, and integration of assessments.

3. Responsible for the registration confirmation, examination organization and implementation of the Hunan examination area for the central state agency’s civil servant recruitment examination; responsible for the province’s civil servant recruitment examination administration.

4. Responsible for the theoretical examination and operational skills assessment of workers’ technical grades and technical positions in government agencies and institutions across the province.

5. 6.
