I. Recruitment Conditions and Quantity

Professional quantitative gender education

Computer application 6 is mainly for boys, with a master's degree or above.

Educational technology: 3 male masters or above.

Contemporary literature 1 male master degree or above

Management Science and Engineering 3 is dominated by boys.

Bachelor degree or above, major in cooking or nutrition.

Master degree or above in clothing material engineering.

Second, treatment.

There are two ways to recruit talents: one is to employ civilian personnel, and the other is to directly accept cadres who have joined the army.

(a) The employment system of civilian personnel. That is to say, on the basis of reasonably setting up employment positions and clarifying the corresponding responsibilities, conditions and treatment, the employer and the applicant establish employment relations through concluding contracts, and manage the candidates according to the contracts.

1, about salary. The salary and welfare benefits of civilian personnel include basic salary, allowance, bonus and military service allowance, and professional and technical personnel incentive allowance. The basic salary, allowances, subsidies and bonuses of civilian personnel shall be implemented with reference to the salary level of similar posts in Wuhan institutions. Military service allowance is determined according to 15% of my basic salary; The rewards and allowances for professional and technical personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the rewards for military professional and technical personnel.

2. About housing. Civil servants' housing is organized and guaranteed by means of standard localization, monetization of distribution and socialization of supply. Civilian personnel shall enjoy housing subsidies, rent subsidies and housing accumulation fund according to regulations.

3. About social insurance. The "five insurances and one gold" for civilian personnel shall be paid by Wuhan Talent Exchange Center.

(2) directly accepting enlisted cadres. For particularly outstanding individuals (who must have a master's degree or above) and those in urgent need of the college, they can also be directly accepted into the army after examination, go through the enlistment procedures, be identified as active-duty officers or civilian cadres, be awarded corresponding ranks or determine corresponding civilian ranks, and enjoy all the treatment of active-duty cadres.
