First, the examination time and method

1, registration conditions

On-the-job health professional and technical personnel who work in various medical and health institutions in Hunan Province (or whose personnel files are entrusted in various human resources institutions in Hunan Province) can apply at the corresponding test sites if they meet the registration requirements.

Anyone who meets the requirements of "Guiding Opinions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Health and Wellness Committee and state administration of traditional chinese medicine on Deepening the Reform of Professional Title System of Health Professionals" (No.5/KLOC-0 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) can sign up for the examination of corresponding levels and professional categories.

Nurse (division): Taking the nurse qualification examination in accordance with the Nurses' Regulations and obtaining the nurse qualification can be regarded as obtaining the title of nurse; With a bachelor's degree or above, or a bachelor's degree or above, who has been engaged in nursing practice for one year, you can directly employ the title of nurse. Have a college degree and have been engaged in nursing practice for 3 years; Or have a secondary school education, engaged in nursing practice for 5 years, you can take the nursing teacher qualification examination.

Pharmacist (Technician): With secondary school or junior college education in corresponding major, you can take the qualification examination for pharmacist (Technician).

Pharmacist (technician): master's degree in corresponding major; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in the corresponding major, and have been engaged in this major for 1 year; Or obtain a college degree in the corresponding major and have been engaged in this major for 3 years; Or have the corresponding professional technical secondary school education, obtain the title of pharmacy (technician), and have worked in this profession for 5 years, and you can take the pharmacy (technician) qualification examination.

Attending physician in clinical, oral and traditional Chinese medicine categories: with a doctor's degree and a standardized training certificate for residents; Or have a master's degree and have been engaged in medical practice for 2 years after obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in medical practice for 2 years after obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in medical practice for 4 years after being registered as a medical practitioner; Or have a college degree and have been engaged in medical practice for 6 years after registering as a medical practitioner; Or have a secondary school education, and have been engaged in medical practice for 7 years after registering as a medical practitioner.

Chief physician of public health: he has a doctor's degree and is engaged in public health work after being registered as a medical practitioner; Or obtain a master's degree and engage in public health work for 2 years after registering as a medical practitioner; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in public health practice for 4 years after registering as a medical practitioner; Or have a college degree and have been engaged in public health work for 6 years after registering as a medical practitioner; Or have a secondary school education, and have been engaged in public health work for 7 years after registering as a medical practitioner.

Nurse in charge: with a doctorate and registered to engage in nursing work; Or get a master's degree and have been engaged in nursing practice for 2 years after registration; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in nursing practice for 4 years after being registered and obtaining the title of nurse; Or have a college degree, and have been engaged in nursing practice for 6 years after being registered and obtaining the title of nurse; Or have a secondary school education, registered and obtained the title of nurse, and have been engaged in nursing practice for 7 years.

Pharmacist in charge (technician): with a doctorate; Or obtain a master's degree, obtain the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher, and have been engaged in this professional work for 2 years; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in this major for 4 years after obtaining the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher; Or have a college degree, obtain the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher, and have been engaged in this professional work for 6 years; Or have a secondary school education, obtain the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher, and have been engaged in this professional work for 7 years.

The date of obtaining academic qualifications or degrees and working years in this major (current working years) of those who signed up for the 2022 health professional technical qualification examination is as of 202 1 12 3 1. The provisions on professional qualifications or degrees in the registration conditions refer to the formal college graduation qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education, health and health administrative departments.

Step 2 register online

Examination registration includes two stages: screen name prediction and on-site confirmation. During the period of 2002165438+February 20 -30, applicants can log on to China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com) for online name prediction. Applicants should fill in the Application Form for Registration of Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination in 2022 as required, print it directly after verification, and ensure that the printed application form is consistent with the final registration information reported online.

Military health personnel do not register online, and units at or above the regimental level are responsible for organizing the registration, while units at or above the divisional level are responsible for reviewing the registration qualifications of military health personnel. Units at or above the regimental level will send personnel to the test center to handle the handover of military candidates' application materials and the payment of examination fees with letters of introduction during the period of June 5438+1October 65438+April 20, 2022.

Step 3 Confirm on site

Since 2022, optometry technology has been added to primary (teacher) and intermediate examinations, with professional codes of 2 16 and 393 respectively.

Since 2024, occupational medicine has been merged into internal medicine, tuberculosis into infectious diseases, occupational health into public health, and family planning into obstetrics and gynecology and urology. Incorporate Chinese medicine nursing into nursing specialty, and correspondingly increase the content of Chinese medicine in all nursing professional examinations. The professional categories of Chinese medicine nursing (junior teachers and intermediate teachers, with professional codes of 204 and 374 respectively), tuberculosis, occupational diseases, family planning and occupational health (intermediate teachers, with professional codes of 365, 438+065, 438+0, 365, 438+04, 360 and 363 respectively) are cancelled. Applicants with corresponding majors should apply well in advance.

Step 5 apply for payment

According to the Notice of the former Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission on Publishing the Examination Fee Standard of Health and Family Planning Industry Technical Qualification Examination (Wei Xiang Cai Fa [2065 438+07] 10), the health professional technical qualification examination (primary and intermediate) is charged at 70 yuan per person (4 subjects in total).

Online payment will be adopted in Hunan test area. Candidates (including history candidates) must pay the internet fee in time after passing the qualification examination. Online payment time is February 2022 15-25. Candidates who fail to pay the fee within the time limit are deemed to have given up the exam automatically.

Step 6 print the admission ticket

During April 1- 17, candidates can log on to China Health Talent Network to print the admission ticket.

Third, warm reminder

The primary nursing (teacher) major of health professional technical qualification examination adopts the paper-and-pencil answering method, and the examination papers of all subjects adopt the form of "integration of volume and card". Other majors adopt the man-machine dialogue exam.
