Joint recruitment in large and medium-sized cities is to integrate the resources of public employment and talent service agencies in large and medium-sized cities, promote the integration of recruitment services and Internet technology, carry out precise online and offline docking, and help college graduates find jobs and employ people. The unit recruits talents to provide convenient, accurate and efficient services.

Current recruitment status:

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will launch the "Fourth Spring Special Event for Joint Recruitment of College Graduates in Some Large and Medium Cities" on March 18. This activity lasted from March 18 to May 18, with the theme of "City Linkage·Promoting Precision Employment".

Preliminary statistics show that 140 provincial and municipal public employment and talent service agencies have signed up to participate in the spring event. The United Online Recruitment Conference is expected to have more than 100,000 employers participating, providing no less than 130 Thousands of job information. Each participating province and city will also hold no less than 600 on-site job fairs.

During the event, in order to meet the needs of college graduates for cross-regional employment and employers to recruit cross-regional talents, cross-regional comprehensive job fairs will be held in Beijing, Wuhan, and Chongqing; in Xinjiang Urumqi and Yili will hold a special job fair mainly for graduates from Xinjiang, and invite groups from all over the country to recruit locally. The Nonferrous Metal Industry Talent Center will hold campus tour job fairs in the nonferrous metal industry at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Chongqing University of Science and Technology, and Beihua University (Jilin).
