Yu Min of Zhoushan City was sentenced to several years' imprisonment.

According to the relevant information, the sentence was 15 years. The case of contract fraud and bribery of nine non-state employees, including Donghe Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone and Yu Min, has been investigated by Xincheng Branch of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau, and the Dinghai District People's Procuratorate has submitted it to our hospital for review and prosecution. Because the victims in this case are distributed all over the country and there are a large number of them, according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Yu Min was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 15 years.
