How to operate car painting?

Required materials: self-painting of automobiles; Fill, scraper, sandpaper, etc.

Specific steps:

1. First clean the car body with clean water, as shown below.

2. After smoothing the sandpaper with stow-wood, wet it with water and polish the scratched edge. Grind until the edges are smooth and the transition from the paint surface to the primer is smooth.

3. Pour the mending soil on the scraper, and evenly spread the mending soil on the scratched surface with the scraper. It should be slightly higher than the paint surface after repair. After patching, wait until the patching soil is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.

4. After the patch is dried, use sandpaper dipped in water to polish the patch. Polished until the repair surface is parallel to the paint surface, and it is smooth without edges and corners manually. After cleaning and drying, the next step can be carried out.

5. Before painting, cover the important parts around the scratches.

6. After you cover it, you can start painting. If it is a plastic part, it is recommended to spray primer first to increase the adhesion of self-painted plastic parts.

7. When spraying paint, pay attention to painting techniques. Wait 3-5 minutes for each layer before spraying the next layer. Repeat spraying for many times until scratches and dirt are completely covered, and there is no difference with the color of the surrounding paint surface.

8. Wait 20 minutes. After the paint surface is dry, polish the paint surface with scratch repair agent. After polishing, prepare for the next step.

9. Spray gold oil 2-3 times at the junction of new paint and original car paint to make the transition between new paint and original car paint more natural.
