According to the relevant provisions of "Several Policy Opinions on Further Strengthening Domestic Cooperation and Exchange" (No.2/KLOC-0 [2007] of Khufu Zhengfa, hereinafter referred to as "Policy Opinions"), the following implementation measures are put forward for the children of relevant staff of investment enterprises in Shanghai to participate in the 2008 senior high school entrance examination in this city:

First, the scope of enterprise identification

Enterprises and natural persons from all over the world come to Shanghai to invest and set up wholly-owned or holding enterprises (accounting for 565,438+0% or more of the registered capital) that are in line with Shanghai's industrial development orientation or key development areas and meet one of the following conditions:

1. The headquarters or regional headquarters of large enterprises (groups) established in Shanghai by the central government and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, including management centers, research and development centers, marketing centers, settlement centers and other institutions.

2. The investment in Shanghai's own fixed assets is more than 50 million yuan (inclusive, the same below).

3. Paid-in registered capital (gold) is more than 654.38 billion yuan.

4. The sales revenue has exceeded 500 million yuan for two consecutive years.

5. More than 65,438+0,000 employees for two consecutive years.

6. The above-mentioned enterprises in categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 are required to pay a total tax of more than RMB100000 per year.

Second, the scope of the processing object

Those who meet the above requirements for middle-level and above managers, middle-level and above professional technicians or third-level/senior-level and above personnel with national vocational qualifications in Shanghai, have worked in the enterprise for two years, and their children are junior high school graduates who have studied in Shanghai for more than one year. If they apply to stay in Shanghai after graduation from junior high school, they can take the senior high school entrance examination in this city and apply for various high schools in this city with the approval of the relevant departments of the city, district and county. Candidates do not move their hukou after entering school, and do not change the nature of their hukou. After graduation, according to the relevant measures of "non-Shanghai students", the college entrance examination is implemented according to the enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Municipal Education Commission.

Third, the handling procedures

Enterprises that meet the above standards and their handling objects apply to the county government cooperation and exchange office where the enterprise is registered, and the county government cooperation and exchange office puts forward preliminary opinions and submits them to the municipal government cooperation and exchange office for examination and confirmation. At the same time, after the education administrative department of each district and county approves the student status, the municipal education commission approves the handling object.

Fourth, processing time.

The children of relevant staff of investment enterprises in Shanghai participated in the senior high school entrance examination in 2008, and completed the accreditation work from February 25th to March 25th. The deadline for submission of materials by the cooperation and exchange offices of all districts and counties is March 20th.

According to the relevant provisions of the policy opinions, the Notice of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Revised Opinions on Further Serving the Country's Opening-up Policy (Hu Fu Fa [20065438+0] No.43) shall be abolished at the same time, and the policy of Shanghai employees' children enjoying foreign enterprises in Shanghai to participate in the senior high school entrance examination in this city shall be terminated, and their employees' children shall apply to participate.

5. For an enterprise established in Shanghai with a paid-in registered capital (gold) of more than 654.38 billion yuan, the enterprise investor registration certificate issued by the industrial and commercial department and a copy of the investor's business license shall be submitted.

6, two consecutive years of sales revenue of more than 500 million yuan of enterprises, must provide proof issued by the municipal tax authorities and corporate financial statements.

7. An enterprise with more than 1000 employees for two consecutive years shall issue a certificate provided by the labor and social security department of this Municipality.

8. The enterprises listed in items 4, 5, 6 and 7 above shall provide the certificate of annual tax payment of100000 yuan or more provided by the local tax authorities.

The household registration book of the staff and children who apply for taking the senior high school entrance examination for their children (if the children and parents are not in the same household registration book, provide the family relationship certificate issued by the police station where the household registration is located).

4. The job certificate, professional title certificate or national vocational qualification certificate of the staff who take the senior high school entrance examination for their children.

5. Family planning certificate and personal tax payment certificate of the staff who apply for taking the senior high school entrance examination for their children.

6. Proof that parents live with students (Shanghai residence permit).

7. Student social security student status card (photocopy) or student status certificate issued by the school. If the above materials are photocopies, the corresponding official seals shall be affixed.
