First, the evaluation object

Second, the organization work

The evaluation work is organized by all departments. The college set up a leading group for the mid-term evaluation of graduate students, which is fully responsible for the evaluation of the college. Political, ideological, moral and other aspects of the assessment by the college party Committee organized by the relevant personnel; Business assessment is organized by all departments in a unified way, which mainly checks the course study, scientific research ability, literature review ability, experimental ability and data analysis and processing ability of graduate students.

Third, evaluate the level.

The mid-term exam results of graduate students are divided into four grades: A (excellent), B (qualified, continuing to study for a degree), C (warning, correction within a time limit) and D (unqualified, recommended to drop out). The excellent proportion is controlled within 35% of the total number of graduate students who participate in the mid-term evaluation. Fourth, the evaluation process.

The mid-term evaluation procedure of graduate students is divided into four steps: personal self-examination, faculty evaluation, college approval and school approval.

(1) April 20th-May 10

Faculty evaluation: Each faculty shall formulate a mid-term evaluation plan and evaluation time for graduate students according to the specific conditions of the discipline, and report it to the college for filing and approval before implementation. All assessments should be completed by June 28th. The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) For graduate students with degrees and professional degrees, students will be organized to make a mid-term assessment defense meeting according to the first-level disciplines. The evaluation will be completed before the end of May.

(2) Postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine also need to take clinical skill examination, which includes two parts: the first part is to submit a paper and an electronic material on clinical real case analysis (including case analysis answers) of two disciplines or tertiary disciplines, and the format of clinical case analysis model is shown in Annex 6; The second part is the examination of clinical operation skills, tentatively scheduled for June 18.

The examination scores of degree graduate students are calculated according to the expert scores of the defense meeting, and the examination scores of professional degree graduate students are calculated according to the expert scores of the defense meeting and the clinical skills examination scores, each accounting for 50%. (3) June 29th-June 30th.
