Faced with the severe production and operation situation of high coal price, rising fuel cost and reduced utilization hours of power generation equipment, the factory fully implemented the spirit of the working meeting between the group company and the power generation company, conscientiously implemented the work arrangement of "benefit year" according to the working idea and goal of "122 15" formulated at the beginning of the year, and mobilized all employees to lay a solid foundation for safe production, focusing on equipment transformation and power generation, and focusing on economic benefits. Focus on ensuring the supply of electric coal, take "standard production" and "first-class" as effective carriers, save energy, reduce consumption and increase electricity, ensure the stability of new machines, continuously improve profitability, give play to the advantages of Xi 'an load center, and ensure stable, high-quality and reliable power output to the power grid. Through the acceptance of the group company's standard production, the economic evaluation of thermal power plants and the preliminary safety evaluation have been carried out, and gratifying progress has been made in creating "first-class" work.

In 2006, the power generation was 2.822 billion kWh, the power consumption rate of power plants was 5%, the comprehensive auxiliary power consumption rate was 5.35%, the standard coal consumption rate of power generation was 322.9 1 g/kWh, the standard coal consumption rate of power supply was 339.92 g/kWh, and the utilization hours of power generation equipment were 4,704 hours. The equivalent availability coefficient of two units was 99.53%. The unit price of standard coal for power generation is 309.39 yuan/ton, the unit cost of fuel is 65,438 yuan +005.55 yuan /mwh, and the profit is 800,000 yuan, achieving the goal of turning losses into profits and "getting out of zero meters".
